Greetings,
I see that I am not the only one to have suffered under the corruption of Ageira. I was one of their most trusted transport pilots, dedicated to his job. Then, suddenly, strange occurences happened. People around me started disappearing. Regular people in my escort parties and regular contacts in the bases I shipped to and from disappeared. When I asked, no one had even heard of them. Things only got weirder from there. The cargo I was shipping started changing, instead of the Gate/Lane parts as usual, the cargo became unidentifiable. I was even forced to sign the Liberty Secret Acts papers.
One day, on a routine flight from Pueblo Station to Detroit Munitions, my escorts suddenly deserted me. I was met at the end of the trade lane by three Havoc Mk II Bombers, who then proceeded to destroy the ship. They tractored in my escape pod and took me to a secure location. They dumped me on Planet Erie, where htey tried to 'dispose' of me. Luckily, some strangers saved me, and gave me co-ordinates to a location where they said I would be safe. Little did I know this was my first contact with the Lane Hackers.
So, dumped on a lone planet, with little to no credits, my ship destroyed, and a mystery set of co-ordinates, I hijacked the most inconspicuous ship I could. It turned out to be the worst ship I would ever own. The CTE 750AE Civilian Starflier. I made my way to the New York system, and, with the little credits I had, purchased a new shield and managed to get hold of Ageira's own weapons, making the irony so much better. The rest, as they say, is history, but can be briefly summed up with many, many Xeno ships being destroyed, many Bounty Hunters in an early grave, and many Storage Depot's being pilfered. With enough credits to my name, I visited a Liberty Rogue base in New York to purchase a new ship, going by the name of the 'Dagger'. I then set my co-ordinates to the mystery base in the Magellan system. It turned out to be Mactan base, where I met my old friends who had also gone missing. Everyone there seemed to want one thing. The downfall of Ageira.
And so, I plead with you, please consider my proposal. I am willing to use my skills as a Transport Pilot to join your smuggling ring, or if no more smugglers are required, I can use the fighting skills I aquired from the long battles against those Bounty Hunters.
