Of course they will vouch for their own faction's qualities, but there have always been said in infocards, rumours and solid Roleplay that the Blood Dragons have had the most skilled pilots in Sirius.

SCRA pilots go through the most brutal training known to the entire Sirius.

Even though you could argue that Dragons have more experience in combat, but in the end practice leads to perfection. And the fear of death even when training really encourages you to fight with no mercy.
