Well thats the point of this faction, its meant to be small, just large enough to enforce the NFZ laws and contain situations like the one in Dublin/Omega 49 a few days ago with Samura/Kishiro using Gran Canaria as a base, thus potentially extending the Kusari Bretonia war to Omega 49.
