after thinking over all options.. I think the combined Hispania forces would come out on top & here is why..

Both Outcast & Corsairs have made a living off Pirating & smuggling, both have powerful ships, weapons & good pilots. Where they have the advantage is their ability to wage a guerrilla type war.
Knowing the trade lanes, jump holes & hidden routes, they can strike from anywhere. Preying on supply ships that feed a houses economy. With out supplies, the houses fall. Utilizing their combined alliances with other unlawful groups, The combined Hispania forces would just about be impossible to stop.

In the same thought process, Combined Junker/Zoner union could topple just about any house by cutting off supplies as well.

Experience and tactics can only take you somewhere, organization and logistics is required. The Hispanians don't have that.

I completely disagree, If anything, Combined Hispania has more logistics value than most houses.
Vast fleets of large capacity smuggling ships on both sides transport numerous tons of Cardamine and artifacts. Thus would easily be able to supply any force in a siege situation.
