I completely disagree, If anything, Combined Hispania has more logistics value than most houses.
Vast fleets of large capacity smuggling ships on both sides transport numerous tons of Cardamine and artifacts. Thus would easily be able to supply any force in a siege situation.

You cannot feed soldiers with carda and artifacts. You cannot build the sheer number of ships the Houses can. The Hispanians don't have the logistics to support a prolonged war with a house.

They could as I said perform a nice guerilla war, but most if not all of the Houses could stand up to that for a long long time. How long do you think Crete woudl fare against the full force of a Liberty or Gallic invasion? Not long. Though I doubt Gallia could reach that far.
