Ok well I apologize for my misinformation. We won't be conducting ourselves like that, we won't destroy ships that have violated NFZ or are violating it presently, unless the Civilian Oversight Committee requests ('requests, not order') us to. What happened from the indie zoner in Omega 49 blowing up the Samura/Kishiro ship without violating the NFZ or docking on Gran Canaria won't happen.
