Well, maybe you are right and Im too judgemental or whatever, but it still a fact that:

20 pieces of equipment wont cut their profit and the most common goods can be found on any station. Not half of sirius for travel but usually under 1 minute -beside you respawn on a station anyways.

,consumer goods,1oxygen,1water,1fuel,1pilot, 1 food ration of syn paste, and some crew members, are quite easily acceable after someone shooted you. And it is sitll under the 20 pieces of cargo. Yeah in a starflea it is not needed, but hell in a luxury liner? yeah we dont talk about rare goods as luxury goods or vine. Those things are rare and expensive so ofc they are gone if they shoot you. But If you think with your character that wont prevent him/her to keep some stuff on board.

Ive seen luxury liners with ONLY cardamin in them. what would you say of those? They were -re customized for takin cardi instead of card-tables and swimming pools?So they were traders with a giant cargo hold, and 1 lone pilot who hade everything in his pockets? Ahh yes offcourse it is not the question of the ship, but question of RP. And yeah they cannot move unnoticed close to station, but he still used lanes. Quite good Rp I think.

If ppl simply doesnt take care of their rp goods complaining about how long it would take to them to get new (lemme guess: oxygen,) than they will never go for real rp goods like special items.

It deosnt mean that they cant Rp if they have no Rp cargo, but it definately means that they dont even give a sight on any of the Rp lookalikes, but they tries to maximalise the profit while pretending that they rp.

OFc i have characters with zero rp loot or close to zero, but if I want to make sure that my pilot has supplies for longer roads than from 1 station to the closest- than I always equipe some water, food oxy and the all mentioned goods.

Trust me if you ride a ship wilth 50-100 pieces of Rp good, the pirates and ANYONE will realize that you are rping aswell not only another lolwut filled with slaves or so, just to make enough money to buy another Lol-capship. And that will mean real rp for you instad of :stop, dropcargo, movealong,pay2mills routine.

Ahh well, you will tell that Im flaming, but its not true. people jsut doenst care about virtual realitys laws. For your character its not only a cold empty space, for them its not possible to live without stuff like oxygen water and so.

Carring Rp cargo is a mark that you tries to realize the game experience. Without Rp cargo, you are just a rulelawyer -a kind what cares about the written rules only, and not about the concept of RP. there cant be a rule like oyu must carry items, but if you look after it in most real RP fraction there are rules to carry some of the Rp items. It is not an unimportant thing. It is a mark to see who is thinking with his characters.


I think flying without some ..rp-cargo,, is similar to lolwutting. Sorry for it, but if check any game, talk to any Roleplayer, without loot you are nobody- without oxygen you are dead. without water you are dead. So what are we complaining here about my judgemental stuff?
It is matter of the player: if they want to Rp, they jsut put some stuff in and keep playing. If they want fast traderuns and so, they jsut dont give a sgiht and click as fast as it is possible. It is clear and there are no problem with this behaviour.

But hell, I never take someone seroiusly who sits in a cpaital ship or giant liner or stuff, without a single crew member, and without a single barrel of water. that is simply out of my world. Ahh ofc they can be all androids as I count them...
