Jeremy looked at the message from Dangen.
His friend was right.
He was already screwed anyways. Always had been.

"Lotus, prepare to jump. All units, lets go. This mission is over. Syana can go ahead and kill herself; our job was to get her out of that thing."

Jeremy turned his fighter and went to his regular spot in New York.

One hour later, Izzy called Dangen.

"Jeremy is gone...flew into a sun while being chased by a Gold WIng member...presumed dead."
Izzy winked out.

Lt. Furoli landed on the Orion to deliver the news.
he had tried to save an IMG director, went to get some intel, got it, sent it, then probably died.


The Lotus returned to Gamma, the favor done, the one who asked gone.

All the rescuers retreating, knowing that they had no way to stand up to the massive reinforcments.

Izzy and Ellie cried.
Zack and Kei cried.
Tobias cried.

Jeremy was gone, killed by the Navy for trying to get all Order craft out of Liberty.

The Ranseur Fired a volley at Syana. The Falcatas and Sabres closed in.
She was surronded, her rescueres gone.
She was alone again, abandoned.
Thats when the Orion arrived. It fired twin heavy Mortars, catching the Ouctacts dreadnought by surprise. Pytho, Rocs, and all sorts of fighters and bombers launched.
The Dreadnought took a round of SNACs from four Rocs and the Pytho.
Fighters from all sides converged under one flag (//cant think of better term//) and engaged, covering the Titan that held Syana.
"Fox Two!"

"Where is the IMG backup!"
"Incoming IMG fleet! They have a capitol!"

THe IMG rescue fleet that left too late arrived.

countless Nyx and Pythos.

Realing from the unexpecte cavalry, the Ouctast fleet retreated. a quartet of Nyx VHFs slotted in around Syana.
"Miss, get to the flagship; We need to get you out of here!"
"This is AI Izzy, she probably has Cardi in ehr system, plus the fire for revenge...."
"Dammit...All units, cover Syana, we cant stop her until those Outcasts are dead. All ships engage at will, cover Kyan!"
"Roger that."
"And where that hell is that Major Hunter I was hearing about!"
"MIA...Navy SOBs..."
"Great...."

The IMG rescue party that had been formed alte and had left late had arrived, but SYana was full of a want for revenge and Cardi, she was crazy. The Wing leader was no fool, so he let her at it.
Of course, he covered her. His missiion was to get her to IMG territory. It was harder at the moment, with the Corsair fleet gone, but hell, they still did some damage.
"This is Alpha One, all ships, pick a target and open fire. I want Gunboats on that Tridente, I want all bombers to kill that dreadnought, and can someone get a couple more fighters over to me? And Where the hell is that Commodore Guy that Hunter got a message from?"
