Groups and individuals without parenthesis next to their name are not bountied entities, and cannot be claimed as bounties. Any claims of this type will not be considered for payment.

This was the intention from the start but obviously this part was unclear from the volume of people misinterpreting it. Therefore, it has been clarified. The list of prices on heads is now fairly large, though, so it shouldn't be too hard to collect. We are in the process of valuing the notoriety of other criminals as well, so the list is succeptible to become larger in the near future.

Also, as a notice, rogue LNS ships may also be added to section four if the need arises, almost certainly with a bounty placed.
