Senor Cortez, while I applaud your efforts to watch over Maltese space and interests, it sounds like he pirated those weapons from a passing trader. When I heard about this it was claimed that there was evidence of him robbing our graveyard to get them. This as you know is NOT acceptable. However, without proof of this, there is little we can do. It is unfortunate that you were insulted merely for trying to watch over our space, but I thank you for your restraint in not shooting him. We are too few in number to lose good pilots over petty insults and general stupidity. Any Outcast shooting another outside of training protocols will be dealt with harshly. Thank you for your report, Captain and keep up your vigilance.

Greetings. Today while on patrol I recieved word from a Chrysanthemum that they were under attack from two Outcasts in Tridentes; CAPONE and OBL. I rounded up a half dozen ships and made way to Kyushu to meet up with a guide to lead us to these ships so they could explain themselves. We searched for these ships and could hear them on system comms but were unable to make contact. Our search was cut short by repeated requests for help in Tau23 against the Colonial Republic. I also recieved word from other sources that claimed that these ships were attacking our convoys. Later, I caught up with these ships in Alpha and asked for an explanation for their actions. And was ignored. Repeated requests for information was also met with silence. Eventually, I requested the help of the Cartel and destroyed the ship known as CAPONE. THEN he broke radio silence to begin transmitting insults and somehow relaunched from Malta. It is unknown how he got his hands on another vessel so quickly. Without a word, he sailed up to me and shot me down. The Cartel put him down again, only to watch in amazement as somehow ANOTHER vessel with his designation launched. I advised the Cartel to let it go until it was understood how this could happen. Repeated requests from OBL was also met with silence. As these ships are obviously traitorous, I ask that they be added to our Kill on Sight list.
