is it really this much of a problem? some one disconnects, ignore them and move on to interact with some one else.

simply having a dc problem isn't anything someone should be punished over, and how much does it really affect your rp experience in the end? filing reports is all good and well, but i don't think this is such a big deal as to suggest automated penalties.

at any rate, f1ing usually leaves the ship there anyway. if some one was chasing them, they are still gonna have a chance to kill it, so there's not really much loss there.
