The corridor reverberated with sound, the footsteps of a person. He walked quickly, in a timeless rhythm. A guard walked in front of him, stiff and alert. This assignment was one of the most difficult ever entrusted to him, and nervousness was plain on his face.
The guard stopped in front of the room 'A-26', and said "That's your stop Commander". Robert D'Souza was startled out of his train of thought, and could merely say "Uh-huh"
A few swipes of a card and the necessary fingerprint and DNA mapping tests were all that was needed for the door to open. "Thanks, I will tell you if there is anything I need", He said before moving in.
He stood there for a while, eyes adjusting to the change in light, and the occupant of the room saw a man, clearly of hispanic descent, with wild black hair and sharp features. He was trim and muscular, albeit a little less in height.
"So... Good to meet you. I am Robert D'Souza. What about you?"
