Received the inter office memo concerning the Helghast Transaction. While re-financing is not my bag usually,
the line 'How we get the re-payments should be of no concern to you', is infact of great concern.
Ability to loan an agreed sum is based on how the potential client is able to repay it ... Or not, as the case maybe.
May I suggest a battleship, in collateral, be taken against this loan. A good solid signed agreement to this end
should suffice. You musn't be seen to going soft on people. Money is money at the end of the day.
Should cover any potential defaulting. Good second hand market for them.
