I agree with the excessive demands bit, I disagree with the definition. I personally think piracy of about 1/3 the value of the cargo is reasonable and fair. If this is 30 mil from a cargo value of 90 mil then fine. If it's 1 mil from a cargo value of 3 mil then fine too. 10 mil from a transport carrying 60 mil of goods and without any protection...too bad.

Destroying a freighter, again it depends on the situation. If they are obviously a new player then destroying it is mean; if on the other hand they are clearly an experienced player, the phrase 'don't bring a knife to a gunfight' comes to mind.

I think I agree with everything else but I think a definition that is missing is something like:

"A player who never thinks about the play of the other person. They always have to win and lash out if they lose, for example, bringing a cap ship back to kill a pirate."
