we(you and i) have been discussing: if the Liberty security force wants a Cruiser for an intelegence platform, a possibility would be to base it on roleplay, rather than anything competitive since theirs already cap ships that fill the pvp needs of Liberty.

then i used the researcher ID to back up my point that there are items in use for specific role play. i'd also like to point out that there are people using that researcher ID too for roleplay. first major mining rout i ever did a big borderworld asked me for one unit of niobium for research.
