Or, like I've said many times before, we could just make the damn ship a base. That way, no one controls it, thus no one will be able to lolwut it, not that they would be able to anyways since the other option is SRP. Besides, I see it more fitting as a base rather than a ship because the LSF (as I've stated a thousand times before) can use it as a drop off point to refuel and recharge before going on recon missions. Its perfect, because it wouldn't show up on enemy scanners (in RP at least). Perhaps we could even get an FLHook thing where only those with LSF or Navy Guard ID can see the ship in scanners and everyone else can't, that way, unsuspecting people get blown up as soon as they get near it without realizing. It doesn't need to ave many guns either, but since the LSF BS would be a base, it would be indestructible, thus any attack on it would fail (not that there would an attack on it anywho considering its supposed to be cloaked in RP).
