Background story:

The Reapers of Sirius Faction are in desperate need of scientists with a good knowledge of terraforming which will play a critical role for the establishment of our new settlement. However, as all the houses are already aware of, the Reapers of Sirius are marked as hostile or unfriendly at the very best which makes it impossible for them to hire scientists in legal terms. Therefore an alternative course of action must be taken in order to achieve their goal.

The Reapers of Sirius high-command are planning to intercept a convoy carrying Planetform scientists which is escorted by several Bretonian Armed Forces Escort Wings. Intelligence gathered from various sources tells us that the convoy will be passing the Omega-3 and the Omega-7 system in order to reach the Rheinland house. Rumor has it that the Bretonian government have initiated diplomatic arrangements with the Rheinland house and this convoy is directly connected to that contract.

How to participate:

The result of this event will be documented by the Reapers of Sirius.

The people who want to participate as a Planetform or Bretonian Armed Forces member should post in this thread stating exactly who they are going to Role-Play as. The minimum and maximum amount of participants for this event will be written below.

Guidelines and Rules:

The BAF/Planetform Convoy will travel from the Cambridge system to the Omega-3 system by ONLY taking the Trade-Lanes. Somewhere between Aland Shipyard and the Omega-3 Jumpgate the Reapers will disrupt the Trade-Lane and intercept the convoy.

Before engagements are made, there shall be a few minutes of Role-Play. Here is your freedom to Role-Play the situation as you want but eventually the Reapers will attack.

BAF-escort Pilots:

Your main objective is to protect the convoy at all costs, this is achieved by destroying all Reaper hostiles. Also, remember, stick close to your convoy do not let them out of your sight!

Planetform Transport Pilots:

During the attack, you are NOT allowed to move away from the place you were intercepted at. Role-play your characters who are inside the vessel as you see fit but any in-game action is not allowed EXCEPT shooting the Reapers from where you stand.

If all BAF-escort Pilots are destroyed you MUST follow the Reapers to their designed destination. You are NOT allowed to fly away on your own.

NOTE: All Planetform Transport Vessels MUST carry MINIMUM 100 Scientists in their cargo hold.

Reapers of Sirius Pilots:

Your main objective is to FIRST destroy all BAF-escort pilots and then take the Planetform Transports to Omega-50 - Boa Vista Station, where they will be forced to dock. The path you wish to take to reach Omega-50 you can choose as you see fit during the event.

RULES:

#1 - No reinforcements from either side are allowed to join in. There is ONLY an exception to this rule if one of the participants have to abandon the event due to an emergency.

#2 - The BAF-escort Pilots are NOT allowed to take any sort of supplies from the Planetform Transport Ships (this includes: Nanobots, Shieldbatteries, any other type of ammunition).

#3 - Stick to your guidelines, be excellent to each other and HAVE FUN!
