2. The whole "terraforming scientists" were planned by the RoS faction that they would get a few of them anyways, I thought it would be a nice gesture of me to at least make it a bit more realistic with an event.
3. Even if the reward for winning on the Planetform/BAF side seems a little bit "lame" what possibly else could they receive?
You talked about a contract with Rheinland, add a Bretonia/Rheinland situation, then.
