The Bretonian Citizens Army is as the name implies, a citizens militia, organized into a paramilitary force, they are under the command of the Armed Forces, but mainly they are to be a self controlling military body of Bretonia, able to fly where the Armed Forces can't, do what the Armed forces aren't allowed to do, and to fight as the Armed forces do.
It's main staging ground is to be Bretonia, and all of it's neighboring systems.
The whole idea behind the Militia is to take up the slack after the armed forces, handle internal threats, such as the Molly Republic and Gaians.
Not only that, but while in Bretonia the Militia will safeguard all Bretonian and allied transports going trough Bretonia, that includes escort services for the Bowex, BMM, Gateway Shipping and Planetform Inc..
The Militia are to work in unison with the Armed Forces, if a order is given to any of the Militia, they are to comply and assist or obey that order, we are after all under the Crown. ID and IFF
