Populist Reform Party

The Populist Reform Party of Liberty was founded by Eugene Debs to meet the needs of an ever growing outcry for government reform. They are a political party within Liberty's government, aimed at ameliorating Liberty to better suit the needs of it's citizens. Gaining support in systems that have been devastated by the war and the current economic crisis, the party plans to get a number of members elected into office to affect these changes.

Increased Jobs for Liberty Citizens:

1. Closing the borders to immigration.
   
2. Working with the corporations to expand and create more jobs
   
3. Giving Jobs to Liberty citizens over foreign workers
   
4. Nationalization of Liberty Police, Inc. into the Liberty Police Department.
   

Make Liberty self-sufficient by cutting reliance on other houses:

1. Ban all outside mining companies from mining in Liberty
   
2. Aim to give Contracts to Liberty corporations over foreign corporations
   
3. Cut all contracts with foreign corporations which could be taken by Liberty ones
   
4. Tax corporations that decide to use foreign sources
   

Changes to Military:

1. Increasing the Naval Forces by 200%.
   
2. Increased funding to the modernization of Navy technology.
   
3. Issue military contracts to Liberty corporations to create a new job market.
   
4. Move for more attacks against Rheinland.
   

Texas Improvements:

1. Increased Navy Presence to protect against Rheinland invasion
   
2. Decreased crime, pirating and other illegal operations
   
3. Funding of a terraforming project to improve conditions on Planet Houston.
   
4. Closing the Sugarland and turning it into a Navy-run POW Camp
   

Colorado Improvements:

1. Rebuilding of the Colorado Economy.
   
2. Dismantling the Tent city, and building homes on the upper continent. Giving the people jobs, and homes.
   

California Improvements:

1. Decrese reported crimes within the California System.
   
2. Mobalize newly nationalized Liberty Police to patrol the California System.
   

Pennsylvania Improvements:

1. Nationalizing of the System, turning it into an official territory of Liberty.
