Admin notice: Players Banned

With all due respect. I recognise the ultimate authority of the Admins, any sanction that gets flown across this part of the forums, any decission you make and I'll respect this one. I will however question it.

I present here the transcript of Skype Comunique that I believe got me sanctioned.

First questions I have are naturaly... Did I do anything on the forums? Did I do anything on the server? Those are obviusly NO, I didn't.

What did I do on skype? I said we should do something wich is against rules, and was explained a few seconds later by Lunaphase that it is against rules, I'm sorry for the two rule brakers who could not read that part in plain english :

I humbly apologise on my behalf if anyone got incited to brake the rules due to my, I quote "dumb idea". It was however not a direct order, it was a discussion.

I think this is taking things a bit to far, heck, If i remember what all I said over skype, by server and forum rules you can bann me for life, I hope this will not serve as a precedent for banning people, It's the equivilent of me sayin to my mates: "Say all here gathered we should rob a bank." and then in a few weeks two of them rob a bank. Police comes to my door,... You said they should rob a bank, you are coming downtown for 7 years! Say goodbye to your GF.

I am worried, where can I use my freedom in selection of words? Ideas? I discuss modding in the dev chat all the time, should i be sancitoned for moding aswell? Just today i said... to Ross:

Here sanction me for inciting moding aswell. Anyone who ever watched any of the corsair spamm chats knows a lot get said and very little gets done, do you think it's right to sanction people for discussing rule braking?

If so, I have no problem with that, I accept the punishment, but please make this a server rule, or actually a Skype rule, I guess it's ok to bann someone who makes it clear throu skype that he's gonna hack the server. :(I am a tad disapointed thou. Where am i suppose to vent my things? On a private venting chat? If it was my choice OPG chat would be strictly inRP, but it's not, it's OOC, sometimes it's out of game, and most of the time plain spamm.

So while I highly disagree with the location of the offense (Does skype fall in to admin juridistiction now aswell?), I'll respect the punishment. I hope i wasn't to long or to flaming, not a nice way to get sanctioned...:(

P.S.: For what it's worth I also helped them HAF quite a lot, over skype, trying to negotiate peace, so sanctioning me for trying to stage sanctions upon them, is well hmm bizare.
