As for Destroyers and larger allowed flight in New York or Liberty itself, that is a rule of the now dissolved Council of Dons. And if the new government would prohibit full scale attacks on Liberty, one of our enemies, they will show their own weakness in securing the interests of the Maltese People early on then. Remember, we are a nation of Piracy. The personal agenda of revenge of the ESS aligns itself with the agenda of the Outcast Nation to dispatch it's enemies at home and abroad, Liberty being one of them. A liberty free of it's Liberty Navy and Security Forces would mean an unstable area in the universe, but it would open up a more secure way for us to move our Cardimine to our allies, friends, and to our customers. When Liberty throws their Navy at us in full force as I have seen in the past with their Battleships, Dreadnoughts, and other vessels, we need to respond. It is not my fault is Liberty won't leave their ''safe haven'' and come bring the fight to us. Obviously Liberty is a failing cause and cannot come defeat it's foes.
And no, we are not capwhores, but we are a Militant Naval Piracy and we will make use of our Capital Class Vessels as needed. And no this does not mean there will be a huge fleet of ESS in Liberty everyday with ten battleships -

The new government has carried over the New York directive but it has some newer exceptions,
as far as a full out task force raid on Liberty, just ask the new gov, if it makes sense & is going to be rp'd well, shouldn't be a problem.
As for Eyvinds concerns, SOB use to send a small cap fleet ( usually 1 bs 2 or 3 dessies & a lotta fighters & bombers ) to Texas now & then to ditract LN, LNS, LSF & LPI. While we was busy slugging it out with them.. an average of 6 to 10 cardi smuggler could fly right in front of Manhattan on the way to rochester & not have a single shot fired on em.. Ahh the good ole days:)
In theory, Liberty vastly out numbers & out guns the Outcast. There would be no way the Outcast could single handedly wipe Liberty out, nor would it want to. After all Outcast goal is to get Liberty addicted to the Orange Dream. Yet Slapping their military around now & then can have it's advantages.
As for my input on the ESS group in whole, I like what you have sofar, your roleplay that I have seen with interactions with SOB was great & you have worked with new players to get their rp up to par. You have my kudo's & my hopes that you receive the goals you are after
