Log Six

I am getting used to the Ice Fields now. I know to use the sun so I can find my way outbut still this mining is so boring. I was talking to Marcellus today and he said that he was attacked by a band of pirates, including a gun boat! Now that would have been a sight! He said his ship was blasted out of the sky. Its a miracle he survived. Ah well! Thats life in space for ya. I wonder when Ill meet some pirates. I can put all of that video game practice to use!

Log Seven

Back and forth, back and forth. It never ends! Anyways, I was talking to this passer by, Solanus Savantus today. He was looking for a Junker base. God knows why! My grandfather used to tell me they were a disreputable sort, dealing with pirates and the like and even getting involved in a bit of piracy now and again. I pointed him to the New York System as everyone knows about Rochester Base. Its New Yorks commonly known secret! Docking into Erie now. I guess I better deliver this lot of helium to Mr Wagnar.

Log Eight

When I got back from my job today I was approached by the shady looking man who hangs around Mr Wagnar. He said he was impressed with my shooting abilities and if I ever found myself looking for good paying work I should meet him on Rochester in the New York System. He even gave me coordinates! Hes obviously up to something. Id never work for someone like that!

Log Nine

When I got back today I found Mr Wagnars office crawling with Liberty Navy officials. They shut the place down and now Im out of a job. But that also means Im free from my contract! Tomorrow Im leaving this system for New York. But space travel costs credits. Maybe Ill take the stranger up on his offer and go to Rochester.

Log Ten

Trade Lanes are amazing! And Jump Gateswoooo. You go so quick! Its been a lot of excitement since I left Pennsylvania. I said bye to Marcellus and Ewen, who began mining with Marcellus. Marcellus made it quite far. He already has a cargo train at his command. Maybe hell be the new Mr Wagnar in Pennsylvania. Anyway as soon as I reached New York I was right in the middle of the Badlands and not two seconds there I was attacked by rogues. I wouldve fought back but I was outnumbered and could tell my Rhino wouldnt stand much of a chance and so I high tailed it to Planet Manhattan. Now Im just relaxing here and having a drink in the bar. Tomorrow I think Ill head for Rochester. Just need a few more Liberty Ales in me. Ummmend of log.
