Heh... I do, and I think a 2/1 ratio for the LF's would be good. Here's what I'm thinking:

Per one Kill:

LF: 2 pts
HF: 1 pts
Bomber: 1 pts (ammo, and ping/lag make up for the insto-kill)
GB: .25 pts
Cruiser/Frigate: .50 pts
BS: .33 pts

BS's and cruisers/frigates are essentially equal in this contest, as you would need to fight in turret view. BS have more powerful guns, cruisers would take more damamge from the fighters.
