Greetings Directors,

This is the first time in along while since I had to shutdown low agent access to Eureka Research Station and flight space zone around it. Reasons of my new project. I'm sure the following will be complied without hesitation.

And speaking of this new project I have several agents marked for off duty. They aren't off duty but assigned for my test pilots and required to be living and stationed at Eureka for some time. Lists and ranks of these agents will only be disclosed to Directors. And for security reasons they are not allowed to be contacted by civilians or Navy personal until the project is completed.
