Submitter: Vizeadmiral Alec Voelkel, Rheinland Military.
Recipient: Arbiter Jack Crow, Junker Congress.
Subject: Those bounty hunters

-------------------------------------------------------

Sehr geehrter Herr Crow,

We have been notified of this dire situation not only the Congress, but all Junkers of Sirius have to face due to the Bounty Hunters preying on their vessels under the contract of the Kusari government.

The highlighted passage from our governmental decree also applies to this case. Yes, these bounty hunters destroying your vessels within Rheinland sovereign space indeed commit crimes of murder.

We do not exactly understand the reason for your message being sent however. Most the government of Rheinland can do in this case is that we prosecute the bounty hunters being involved in the murder of Junker individuals. Punishments should vary ranging from fines to execution on the field, depending on the severity of the crime, but you have to understand that the Rheinland law-preserving forces cannot always be present when an assault on civilians occur.

If you have sufficient evidence of Bounty Hunters attacking your vessels within Rheinland space (as long as they abide the laws of Rheinland themselves), forward it to a Rheinland Military channel and we will deal with the issue accordingly.

Hochachtungsvoll,

Vizeadmiral Alec Voelkel
