Freeport 9 is a lot more important in actual RP and Lore than it is in-game at the moment. It needs some love.

All of its RP and Lore and importance shouldn't be erased just because the Zoner Guard system is right next to it. (In fact, it's amplified - why put the Zoner Guard system right next to that particular Freeport? Because it's the most important one, I'd wager!)
