The Gas Miners Guild doesn't have Capital Ships. So there aren't any in the Missions as well. Fighting against Eagles is easy. You don't take much damage from the NPCs, but the Radiation is nagging on your Hull. You will definitely get damaged. Bill is higher than usual, because your Guns also get damaged.

So it's not really worth the Time and Money to make Missions in Beta. You can easily get a random Battleship sitting in Front of Malta and ask it to make Missions with you in Eta or Alpha, which can even give you more than twice the Credits you get in Eta or Alpha.
