Victor Henderson, a young man whose eyes show that he has seen much battle in his short time, his blonde hair barely covered his eyes as he leaned forward, his hands clasped together infront of him in a thoughtful pose. His sky-blue eyes were shut in deep thought as the choice was put infront of him.

After several moments his eyes opened, his face set in a firm cool expression as he spoke his choice.

"Captain Jack Fraser, i'v studied you since we first started to fly together, the Men who serve with you look up to you to make the choices that either bring victory or death, one of the most important parts of leadership is having your men trust you and your choices, in this my friend...You have suceeded...Therefore i, Duke Victor Henderson nominate Jack Fraser to lead the Privateers." he spoke before shutting his eyes, going silent once more.
