Buff civvy guns and then you can consider it. Or have the BHG lax up on their tech restrictions a bit (Like that'll ever happen >_>)
I only use codenames on my two oldest characters, both of which, in RP, would be able to get them. I don't exactly agree with their widespread use, but civilian guns as they stand now are totally pathetic. At least make them drain less so they can fire all day or something.
