Greetings,

I am here to contact the group HDMS my client is suing you for damages to his vessel and medical bills. Also would be included would be a statement from his Insurance company. My client does not wish to wait for court to settle this but is fully prepared to take this to not only civil court but to Federal court. Please contact Starks&Starks Law Firm soon so we may discuss the settlement as soon as possible.

Thank you,

John Starks
