Admin Notice, Players sanctioned and warned

OK I read the DHC sanction before so when we atacked the DHC patrol I knew about that we shouldn't really fight with each other but the case was that HE CAME to Kruger mining site where i was mining with contracted IC mastodon and he just blowed him in dust for being a Liberty corporation, outside Rheinland and as far as I know the IC isn't just a Liberty Corporation, it has many bases all over the sirius and I even read some laws about Rheinland and IC and there isn't anything about KILL THEM WHEN YOU SEE THEM - THEY ARE LIBERTONIANS, that's why after he destroyed the mastodon wich I tried to protect and after refusing to pay for my hard work we opened fire together with Johenn to push him back , out of our mining site ... if you ask me it is something crazy ... DHC flying around Omega 7 and atacking anyone he doesn't like he was somekind of military unit or pirate/terrorist fighting for Rheinland...I personaly think the DHC makes something exacly OORP not we do. They are miners ... civilians, they aren't military or police or pirates , terrorists or whatsoever they are lawful civilians and doing somehting like this is for me a bit weird... Well I was prepared for the sanction and I knew I would get it still I would like you to make it clear if DHC and Dauman in general CAN DESTROY/ATACK/MAKE SOMEONE LEAVE in Kurger mining site in O7 and especialy I m confused about the Interspace Comerce (IC) - can he just atack him like that for being a Libertonian ? even if he has his own base and Rheinland laws say that IC isn't an enemy same like OSC for example. What's more IC working with me that moment was just shipping Ore from Rheinland mining site to Rheinland base so as far as I know it isn't exacly Rheinland-hostile action. Maybe I am wrong but this DHC guys do wrong things not us.
