By Signing this contract; Daumann Heavy Construction and the Ables Aces mercenary corporation agree to operate within Omega7, 3, and 11 systems.
The Ables Aces agree to the following:
-Engage any IMG, BMM, Kruger, Miner IDed, or any other vessel of doubtful intentions in the system.
-Engage any hostile force in the system.
-Work with any third party pilot contracted by DHC for similar affairs.
-Do not engage any Daumann IDed vessel.
-Do not dock at any IMG, Kruger, or unlawful alligned base in the systems
Daumann Heavy Construction agree to the following:
-Safe dock at Briesen.
-Pay 5 millions for each vessel destroyed.
-Pay 3 million if said vessel is protecting another one and the Ables Aces manage to take the defended vessel out.
-Full support form any Patrol or escort pilot if present in the areas, except to engage Kruger vessels.
-Answer for, and cover any official issue the Ables Aces may find.
-Unconditional mining permit for the Ables Aces or any of their affiliated corporation in the future.

Regarding your Contractual Agreement within the Omega systems the Ables Aces Mercenary Corporation agrees and signs this contract under one condition.
BMM ships are within alliance to The Bretonian State, whilst we carry our relationship with the Bretonian Government through we must carry thought when coming to contact with BMM ships, we will how ever halt all ships, force them to drop there cargo and charge them a Run Fee of 1,000,000 for not complying with the Daumann wishes. If they do not comply with the charge the Ables Aces Mercenary's will enforce opportunity to become hunters and executioners for and on behalf of the Daumann Corporation and gun them down freely.
This may express concerns towards the Bretonian Government and our allegiance with the Queen, thus is our only wish to try bring down the BMM quietly without casualties, but if push comes to a shove we'll destroy all targets.
