Your line of actions when it came to dealing with the mercenary vessel obstructing the docking ring were appropriate. Although I definitely shouldn't encourage actions of violance committed against ships in Berlin orbit, due to the intense amount of traffic and possible colletaral damage, in light of the mercenary's possible terrorist ties, as well as it possibly acting under their orders at that moment, you did well.
Note that if the possible threat of terrorism is not present, leave such derelicts to be dealt with by the Federal Polizei.
