this is flt adm Stealth of the BS indipendance we have just recived word that 100s of bountys capured bountys have escaped form our most secure base they are roaming free and were headed for Rheinland i advise plz be carefull these are the most leathul criminals in sirius

procide with caution my men will be searching for these criminals but it is not likely that they will capture many we will be dispaching 100s of bounty hunters into rheinland if granted permission to capture these criminals
