My speaking of Latin has become very fragmentary, so I might be wrong.
Moreover it is nearly impossible to find reliable resources on Latin on the Internet, and regarding the actual thing, the whole Google search is spammed by another adage.
But as I recall "Cadere non Cedere" is a proverb, so you can't translate it directly. The translation that I recall is something like "Don't waste your life with hesitation. Act!"
Disliking to write something wrong I'd be grateful for a further correction.
