We trust that the Sector has been kind to you.


However, there are, of course, matters which we would like to discuss with you. Matters which may benefit both of our people and matters, which, to be frank, need to be dealt with lest our stagnation render us incapable of burgeoning.


The Arch Bishop Ryodan's Vicar sought you out some four days past, and it was by his word that he relayed your wishes for us to speak. By your words, it was told that you would speak and the Enclave would listen. As the Creator would intend, from the blackness, wisdom would be projected.


However, none have been received.


It is your wishes that are this wisdom, and it is your communion which we seek. We have not received an outward desire for this meeting and so now we come to you in hopes to mirror the ideal.


It was said by the Master Rossini that his preference was to meet in person, so our question is simple.
