As most of you already know, the Wraith of Vizeadmiral Alec Voelkel has been shot down by the Liberty Navy Gold wing during a raid conducted against the Liberty forces in Texas. Abandoned by the retreating Military wing, we had little hope of his survival in the hostile environment.
MND Agent "Blitz 8" and his companions dispatched to investigate the case has come up with suitable evidence regarding the Vizeadmiral still being alive. His ship's escape pod saved his life, not only did he eject successfully, but the low EM signature of the pod successfully managed to hide it from the Liberty Navy sweeps of the area. Blitz 8 determined that his Wraith's wreckage, along with his escape pod was recovered by a Junker vessel. The callsign and class of the ship is yet unknown, but the Vizeadmiral definitely still can be found within the Texas system.
A rescue operation has been authorized. At [color=#FFFFFF]1600 SMT today (18. 07. 818.), a small fighter contingent will be amassed above Hamburg. Led by the RNC Hansa, Vizeadmiral Voelkel's gunboat, which I, Major Mauser took temporarily charge of, the mission of the task force will be to track down and rescue Vizeadmiral Voelkel from whoever has him captive.
Since Texas is heavily monitored by Liberty forces, the dispatched fighter wing will have to keep a low profile and avoid detection. Once the Vizeadmiral is located, bring him or his pod to the Hansa and then depart the area.
Should the rescue operation for some reason be compromised and attacked by Liberty forces, deliver as much damage as possible, then return to base. If the Vizeadmiral is not located, an auxiliary force will be authorized at 1800 SMT, 20. 07. 818.
