6.7 Attacking transports, liners or demanding cargo from the same is not allowed for cruisers and battleships. and 5.5 Dock-killing when player is undocking/launching from a planet/base is not allowed.

Consequences:
You cannot pirate in a cruiser. Well, you can. But it's against the rules. And that's why we are doing this. Fined all cargo, guns, shield. Credits removed from your ship and your trader. Second sanction this week, so your cruiser stays jailed until we are satisfied that you are aware of the rules.

Also, you need to ask people before you can use those guns.

Also, the Liberty Rogue Guard ID doesn't permit you to fly that ship.
