Short of actually writing it on my fist and pucnhing every player in the face to bring it to their attention I don't know what else we can do to encourage people to be aware of it.
It's the responsibility of faction leaders and players getting permission to make sure they are listed.
Not much point us having these forums if people won't use them properly.
Nor, it may be said, is there much point in factions having power that they can't use responsibly.
Post here again when you have persuaded whoever let you have the ship to update their post in that link.
