This is Sebastian Wolfe, pilot for the Colonial Remnant.

As a Remnant pilot, I am well-adjusted to upholding the law and intercepting those that would not follow it. As such, I am informing you that I intend to operate within, and uphold Liberty laws using a Liberty Gunboat.

The vessel shall be called the Vanbrace.

I have the money to purchase it myself, and should I ever gain enough to upgrade it to a larger Liberty vessel, I shall inform you of my actions, and wait for the registry to be updated prior to upgrade. For now however, the Gunboat Vanbrace shall do.

I have yet to purchase the Vanbrace, I am awaiting the go-ahead from you beforehand.

This frequency is for vessels intending to operate in the secondary fleet of the Liberty Navy and Liberty Security Force. As you're a remnant pilot, you're neither of these two and a request for a Liberty Gunboat should be made in a new frequency in the communication channel band. The High Command will consider your request there, and will likely ask you to fulfill certain conditions before your aquisition of this gunboat.

You won't get the go-ahead for purchase of your desired gunboat here, as neither Jack Will nor James Patterson have the authority to grant Liberty Gunboats to those outside of the Liberty Navy or the LSF.
