I felt tricked. If the world was yet to be destroyed when he did travel back, he could have stopped it back than. Forward than I mean. The other alternative would have been a time-travel -after- the end of the world, what's a bit problematic at best in my book. Though I'm not a time traveling expert, I only did it once, and it's still going on at a steady 60 mp/h (minutes per hour) speed.
