You were being pirated, check the rules again.

How about I reference the rules in question, so that you are clear.

Firstly your docking on your IMG| and then launching on your =CR= that you yourself mentioned.

This is a break of the following rules:

5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:

a) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
b) Moving more than 10km from the fight.

and

5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

Now then as for my actions on your IMG mining vessel:

6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.

You were not destroyed, but as has been defined by the rules and precedence I am allowed to strip you of your shields if I so require. You were also issued several demands in this time. I do have screen shots of this.


As for attacking your fighter:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

you were attacked after 10 minutes of RP in which you insulted us while sitting overtop of Java station. You were also issued a clear warning that I was going to shoot you. A clear warning that is, again, covered by the screenshot.

After you died you were angry started talking over the System chat, and you were sanctioned for this.

Let me make it clear. You were destroyed, and you were sanctioned by your behaviour. This has led to your being angry, and thus this series of posts. It is identified and so noted.
