Hai, Jethro-san is correct with much of what he says.

It is important to note that Kusari culture is dominated by giving and receiving respect. Treat officers of the Imperial Navy and State Police with the utmost deference, and pilots of the Hogosha or Farmers Alliance with respect and a healthy dash of grovelling, and your standing with us will be much improved. The gaijin that is disrespectful finds himself in dire straights. The gaijin that understands and respects us and our ways finds himself protected.

Arigato,

General Yarr, Kusari Imperial Army, Retired.
Hogosha in Honorable Standing.
