Yes, I have made up my mind on this. Since you were asking for opinions I shared mine and saying that if it is to be open it has to be different. Viewable is one thing, I for one have apps visible for everyone at my faction boards, but only applicant and members can post there. If app is denied it is closed. If it is approved it is moved to approved apps section, but still only applicant and members can post. Just because it works for me doesn't mean it can work here due to somewhat different mechanics. For all opinions/suggestions/criticism stuff there is PM button.
