Well the thing is camera ships are, I belive, supposed to be admin approved only, and tend to have the neutral ID as well.
Remove it from anywere buyable ingame, make it admin given.
Give it massive hull HP, a BS shield, no hitbox at all, etc etc.
Also give it 350 m/s strafe speed, and set it's thruster to match cruise speed, have it's cruise (if possible w/o setting off cheat detection, IE: if it can be set to ignore approved ships) be faster than cruise for other ships as well, or at least have it's cruise be catchup speed for other ships.
That way, it can zoom around w/o taking damage or even being able to ram.
If it's texture were also set to a transparent layer, it'd literly be invisible, as logn as engine trains were also removed from it.
If thats done, please fly it into lolpirat swarms, and record their fail attempts at pirating it.
