Your assumption is blind and ill aimed.

We're more than capable of co-operating.

We're just waiting to do it at the right time, so we don't have morons on the hunt for them and we understand
what it is we require it for.

We're not making bases just to be in the 'cool kids club' Too many dick heads in that club to be associated with them.
