Yes, I'm against these "Ghost Ship" Osirises. But this?

That being said - this is a Science Fiction roleplaying server, not Pirates of the Carribean (where the undead actually are pretty cool). Ghosts, at least in the way you're describing them as, have no place here.

That's not the reason to be against them. I find it interesting how many people are so closed-minded as to dismiss ghosts as out of the range of feasibility to RP. Sure, the way these guys are doing it is wrong: but there is a right way, a way that doesn't exactly make it apparent that you're flying a ghost ship. "What's wrong with that ship? Faulty AI? Coolant leak? People pretending to be ghosts?"

Flying up to someone and saying you're a ghost is just plain stupid. If anyone does that they're crazy, not a ghost.

Equally stupid is rejecting someone's RP out of hand simply because it doesn't conform to your thought on what 'science fiction' means.
