I can only hope that with the KNF and RM declaring you banned from both all Kusari and Rheinland space, the gravity of this situation comes to bear. However, I have my doubts.

We would have settled on 150 million credits, and when you refused we would have settled on 200 million if you dropped those claims. The lowest amount we will settle for now is 400 million credits, and not one centi-credit less. Not my words, but those of Ms.Sinclaire' herself.

Again, pay the money and all charges will be dropped and we will cease urging the remaining two governments to have you dissolved. Refuse again, and there will be severe consequences.
