Entry Twenty Seven - 09:24PM (SMT) - 23rd March 818A.S.

I made may way to Barrier Gate and docked there, gathered some supplies before setting out. I hit up the bar and learned as much as I could. They told me about an old wreck, a DSE Survey Vessel and some IMG Patrols. I decided to head up to the DSE Survey Vessel first.

I marked it out on the map, orbiting Planet Yuma. Supposedly the vessel is studying it to workout the best place to start a settlement from Liberty. Nothing too interesting I guess, at least, not to us.

Next I moved down to the cluster of moons around Planet Salina, a large gas giant in the bottom right of the system. It has five moons orbiting it, possibly planets sucked into it's massive gravity well. There I stumbled upon a well-kept secret.
The moon known as Pecos has been settled on by the IMG, which explains the IMG patrols in the area. They granted me docking rights and let me stay for a while. It is an icey planet, with reserves of Deuterium they say.

So no rumours of odd readings, until I decided to hunt out the wreck. These Order scanners are great for picking out little things like wrecks, I found it in no time. It appears to be of the 'Z-Line' of ships, commonly used by Mollys, Rogues and Smugglers. The ship was not damaged in any combat though, it seemed to have just been left there.
I then studied the body left in the cockpit, it appears the pilot was studying it, and bled to death through his eyes, nose, mouth and ears! I retrieved ten possible active artifacts from the cargohold and a small crate of guns.

The wreck itself is within the mouth of a large, possibly Daam-K'Vosh. It does seem ancient enough, much older than the ones I have seen in Minor and Kansas, it is bigger as well, although it shares the same markings.
I took some pictures and got a quick structural scan before I received a transmission.

So I eventually found the rumoured gate, it's a secret at the moment, at least until I'm done with it. I
picked up a transmission, looks like another covert op to me.
